Books Beyond Borders
Project Gutenberg is a volunteer-powered library of free ebooks. Explore literature in the public domain, build your own reading list, and enjoy a book wherever you are.
Since 1971, Project Gutenberg has been working toward a simple idea: making the world's books available to everyone. Our collection is digitized and proofread by volunteers who believe a good book should never be out of reach. Every page is a gift from one reader to another.
